Mobile App Launch

Challenge

The client needed a performant native mobile app to support peak traffic and a modern UX.\n\nSolution: We designed and built native apps for iOS and Android with a modular architecture, integrated analytics, push notifications, and an experiment framework (A/B testing) to iterate on UX. We optimized networking layers and image delivery to reduce app size and launch times.\n\nOutcome: The app launched successfully, reached over 1M downloads in the first year, and achieved high user ratings due to performance and UX improvements.
